Gina Keltner

Missouri native Gina Keltner was raised on classic country music and Elvis. Her passion grew throughout high school and college, and after graduating from Southwest Missouri State University in 1989, she headed to Nashville to follow her dream to be in the music business. Soon after, she began working for Marv Dennis & Associates where she received valuable experience in both artist booking and management. In 1999, after a stint with Dick Clark Productions’ “Prime Time Country” television show, she joined the staff at the Grand Ole Opry where she currently serves as Associate Producer of Talent, booking and assembling all shows up to 7 nights a week. Gina has been a key member of the Opry team as it has weathered such hardships as being displaced by the flood of 2010. The Opry never missed a show as Gina navigated booking and advancing artists in various venues throughout the city for f ive months while the Opry House was being renovated. And throughout the 2020 pandemic n a time devoid of live shows, Gina continued to schedule country’s biggest stars as the Opry carried on, despite the absence of a live audience, reaching millions of new fans and being named Pollstar’s #1 livestream. Now in 2025, as the Opry celebrates its 100th year milestone, Gina is booking 240+ shows which translates to a staggering 2,000 performance slots this year. Gina is a three-time Nashville Business Journal “Women in Music City” recipient and 2021 Pollstar & Venues Now “Women of Live” honoree. She received the Donelson-Hermitage Chamber of Commerce’s first Beyond the Glass Ceiling Award at their 2019 Influencing Women Awards Gala. She is an alum of Leadership Music (2019) and L’Evate (2023). While booking the Grand Ole Opry for over a quarter of a century has exceeded her musical dreams, Gina considers her greatest pride and achievement to be her daughter, Eden, who she adopted as a single mother in 2010.
