Peggy Sherrill

Country Music Hall of Fame

You could say that Peggy Sherrill is a historian because of her thirty-six years with the Country Music Foundation. Sherrill is a graduate of Belmont University and is married with three children and three grandchildren. She started her long tenure with the Country Music Foundation in 1969 as the gift shop manager and then was promoted to Deputy Director - Head of Operations in 1983.

In 1988 she assumed her new responsibilities as Human Resources Administrator, a position she still maintains until this day.
