SOURCE Nashville Celebrates 35 Years

NASHVILLE, TN — July 22, 2026 — SOURCE Nashville members gathered at Marathon Village on July 15 to celebrate the organization's 35th anniversary. Since being founded in 1991, SOURCE Nashville has championed multiple generations of women working in the music business and continues today as the longest-running organization for women in the Nashville music industry.

President Mallory Mason Pascal welcomed event attendees to Room With A View, located on the third floor of the historic landmark. Partygoers enjoyed reminiscing to the sounds of a 1990s Country playlist, and viewing a slideshow showcasing SOURCE gatherings over the last three and a half decades. Current members mingled, SOURCE Hall of Fame inductees reconnected and guests enjoyed stopping by a fun photo booth. Co-founders Shelia Shipley Biddy and Judy Harris were in attendance. They started the organization with the late Pat Rolfe.

Other upcoming SOURCE Nashville events include the 2026 Hall of Fame Awards, set for August 25 at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. This marks the 23rd year of the organization's tentpole event.

SOURCE is dedicated to fostering relationships and opportunities for its members through continuous education on relevant topics, networking, and community service initiatives. SOURCE is an invitation-only, not-for-profit organization under the leadership of a Board of Directors.
