Be a Mentor: Join the SOURCE x WMBA Mentorship Program

We’re thrilled to re-launch the SOURCE x WMBA Mentorship Program — a new initiative created to build meaningful connections and inspire growth across our two incredible organizations.

This collaborative program pairs SOURCE members with rising professionals from WMBA (Women in Music Business Association) to foster career development, guidance, and support. As a mentor, your insight and experience could make a lasting difference in the career of a fellow woman in music who is just getting started.

What You Need to Know:

• Deadline to register: August 7

• Time commitment: We ask that mentors and mentees connect at least twice before the end of the year. These meetings can be in-person or virtual — whatever works best for your schedule.

• Bonus Event: We’re planning a special mentorship lunch in September to celebrate and support everyone participating. Details coming soon!
