SOURCE Nashville Announces 2026 Board of Directors, Officers & New Members

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 3, 2026) – SOURCE, Nashville’s longest-running organization for females in the music industry, announces its 2026 Board of Directors and Officers. The leadership team joined new and existing members at SOURCE Nashville’s January Luncheon Town Hall on January 22.

SOURCE Nashville wrapped 2025 following a year of insightful luncheons featuring in-demand guest speakers. Topics ranged from AI and the future of creative rights (Humanable’s Lili McGrady, Monarch’s Ken Gay, NSAI’s Bart Herbison, and Sureel’s Aileen Crowley) to addressing stress (Rosa Castaño) to song stories at The Bluebird Café (DAANEgerous Entertainment Whitney Daane, Universal Music Publishing Group’s Cyndi Forman, and Punch Bowl Entertainment’s Juli Griffith) and negotiation know-how (Red Light Management’s Mandelyn Monchick, Bright Blue Consulting’s Nicole Provonchee, and Belmont’s Mary Lauren Teague). Among so many remarkable events, an annual highlight is the luncheon honoring SOURCE Hall of Fame inductees which in 2025 included Lori Badgett, Cheryl Harris, Gina Keltner, Pam Russell, Mary Self, and Kay West.
ABOUT SOURCE:
Founded in 1991 by Judy Harris, Shelia Shipley Biddy, and the late Pat Rolfe, SOURCE is Nashville’s longest-running organization for females in the music industry. The organization is dedicated to fostering relationships and opportunities for its members through continuous education, networking, and community service initiatives. SOURCE is a nonprofit organization supporting an exclusive community of accomplished women professionals who work in all facets of Nashville’s entertainment industry. It is an invitation-only membership led by a Board of Directors and a Steering Committee. Bi-monthly programs are presented to SOURCE members addressing topical music and non-music industry-related issues. Invitations are extended to industry leaders who share their knowledge and insights with the SOURCE membership.
SOURCE is a 501c6 organization. SOURCE’s specific goals remain flexible to meet the changing needs and interests of its members. Its broad purposes are as follows: to provide a SOURCE of information useful to its members’ business needs, to function as a SOURCE of professional contacts, to create a SOURCE of career opportunities for its membership, and to provide a SOURCE of industry-related information and education.
