Topics ranged from AI and the future of creative rights (Humanable’s Lili McGrady, Monarch’s Ken Gay, NSAI’s Bart Herbison, and Sureel’s Aileen Crowley) to addressing stress (Rosa Castaño) to song stories at The Bluebird Café (DAANEgerous Entertainment Whitney Daane, Universal Music Publishing Group’s Cyndi Forman, and Punch Bowl Entertainment’s Juli Griffith) and negotiation know-how (Red Light Management’s Mandelyn Monchick, Bright Blue Consulting’s Nicole Provonchee, and Belmont’s Mary Lauren Teague). Among so many remarkable events, an annual highlight is the luncheon honoring SOURCE Hall of Fame inductees which in 2025 included Lori Badgett, Cheryl Harris, Gina Keltner, Pam Russell, Mary Self, and Kay West.
